In this step, our project team collaborates closely with your design team to gather detailed product specifications and review floor plans. This thorough coordination ensures that every element aligns with your vision. We also confirm take-offs to validate that the quantities of all procurement items are accurate and meet project requirements.

04. MODEL ROOM

At this stage, KBK Procurement will set up the model room(s) to evaluate product specifications and ensure that the entire team is satisfied with the final choices. This step allows all stakeholders to see, feel, and assess the quality of materials, furnishings, and other components before committing to large-scale procurement.

06. FREIGHT MANAGEMENT & PRODUCT TRACKING

With our dedicated freight management software, KBK Procurement tracks every product from the moment it's ordered until it reaches its final destination. This technology allows us to monitor shipments in real time, ensuring that everything is on schedule and accounted for.

08. INSTALLATION OVERSIGHT & REPORTING

While the installation is underway, our team at KBK Procurement provides remote oversight to ensure everything goes smoothly. We keep a close eye on the progress and address any issues that might arise during the installation process.

To keep you informed, we submit detailed reports on a weekly basis, unless otherwise specified. These reports contain key updates on the status of the installation, allowing you to stay in the loop without needing to be on-site. Our remote oversight and regular reporting help maintain project timelines and ensure the installation proceeds according to plan.

KBK Procurement will take charge of receiving, analyzing, and negotiating with carefully vetted vendors to ensure that the quality, timing, and pricing align with your expectations. Our team reviews product samples to guarantee they meet your standards and maintain design integrity.

05. PURCHASING &
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once the model room has been approved, KBK will take the lead managing the purchasing of all required items. We work with the chosen suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the project from start to finish. This step involves providing regular progress reports, including accounting and submittal reporting, to keep you informed throughout the entire process.

07. DELIVERY & INSTALL

KBK Procurement will collaborate with your installation contractor to ensure seamless delivery and installation of all procurement items. We provide the necessary information to help organize logistics, ensuring that everything arrives as planned and is installed correctly.

09. FINAL INSPECTION

In the final step, KBK Procurement takes charge of managing the deficiency list, working closely with ownership and vendors to address any outstanding issues. Our team remotely identifies and tracks all items that require correction or adjustment.

We prepare a detailed schedule for resolving these deficiencies, ensuring that the necessary parties are informed and that deadlines are set for each item.
