What We Do
KBK provides an excellent FF&E procurement and project management service that is client focused and viewed as a partnership. We provide comprehensive procurement services in the planning, budgeting, purchasing, shop drawing review and value engineering to the final stages of tracking and delivery to punch list and warranty items. We take pride in each project and have a commitment to excellence while meeting budgetary constraints and schedules for the life cycle of the project. We provide our clients with a Dropbox link at the inception of the project that provides all accounting and tracking information that can be assessed by the client 24/7.
With a firm background in FF&E Procurement and Project Management, we understand and appreciate the logistics behind scheduling and coordination with the entire Owner’s team (Architect, Design and GC). Our duties include pre-construction FF&E budgets, purchasing FF&E, purchasing OS&E, and coordinating deliveries, installation, and warranty implementation to our clients.
